PixMagnify Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of PixMagnify, an Android camera magnifier and reading aid provided by EZ Tools Studio.

Using PixMagnify

PixMagnify provides camera magnification, image viewing, visual adjustments, text recognition for frozen pages, and reading features. Available zoom, focus, exposure, camera lenses, lighting, recognition scripts, and offline speech voices depend on your device, Android version, installed services, and available system resources. No particular level of magnification or device capability is guaranteed.

Use PixMagnify only where looking at and operating your device is safe. Do not use it while driving or in a situation that requires your full attention. Avoid shining the device light directly into anyone's eyes. Stop using the app and allow your device to cool if it becomes uncomfortable to hold.

PixMagnify is a reading aid, not a medical diagnostic device or a substitute for professional eye care. Magnification, visual filters, text recognition, and speech can alter, omit, reorder, or misread information. Check important information against its original source, especially medication labels and dosages. Do not rely on PixMagnify for a decision where an incorrect reading could create a safety risk.

Camera images and sharing

Only capture, save, or share content when you have permission to do so. You remain responsible for the images you choose to capture or share and for respecting other people's privacy and rights. Camera features require camera permission.

Unsaved frozen pages are held in memory and may be lost when the app process ends. Choose Save to write an image to your device. When you choose Share, the frozen image is handed to the app you select, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Advertising and purchases

PixMagnify may show advertising. Google and its advertising partners provide these services; advertising privacy choices may be presented through Google's consent tools. The Privacy Policy explains the available in-app controls and the information handled by service providers.

All magnification and reading features are free. Optional purchases remove advertising only. A monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Google Play. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Google Play displays the local price, currency, billing period, and other terms before you confirm a purchase, and processes payment. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play; uninstalling PixMagnify does not cancel a subscription. See Google Play subscription help.

Third-party services and materials

PixMagnify may hand off content or open your chosen sharing app, email app, browser, or app store. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Third-party font software is distributed under its included open-source license.

Changes and contact

We may update PixMagnify or these Terms as device platforms, features, and services change. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date. Your rights to use the app do not grant ownership of its software, branding, or other protected material. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
